1. Ultraviolet (UV) printing 

This is a printing method that irradiates the ink with ultraviolet rays to make it dry. The ink used is an ultraviolet drying ink. This kind of ink hardens instantly when irradiated by ultraviolet rays, and the ink film is strong. Therefore, for the printing of paper packaging equipment using cheap thick paper backing lining, non-ink-absorbing synthetic paper, fast-drying printing, plastic Printing, business form printing and metal printing requiring a harder ink film layer are more suitable for printing processes. The disadvantage is that the special solvent in the UV ink will swell the printing plate and the roller. Therefore, special equipment must be used. The ink is expensive and has poor preservation, which is also its disadvantage.

2. Spice printing

This type of printing is mostly used in cosmetics advertising, because adding appropriate fragrance to the pattern will increase the added value of the printed matter. This perfume ink is made by directly dissolving perfume in the ink. Its appearance is similar to ordinary ink, but its cheap fragrance effect lasts for a long time. The fragrance of the ink is encapsulated in microcapsules and mixed into it. When the printed matter is used, the microcapsules are broken by hands or other forms, causing the fragrance to slowly overflow and emit fragrance.

3. Fluorescence and phosphorescent printing

4. Uplift printing

When printing, use a foaming agent that will raise the printed pattern. After heating, the foaming agent expands to make the pattern raised (foam printing). Usually, foam printing and stamping printing are cheap, but the amount of pattern protrusion is small, and the durability is low. 6. High-precision, magnetic screen printing

7. High sensitivity printing (6-7 colors)

Usually, printing is performed by the three primary colors (magenta, cyan, and yellow) plus black for a subtractive four-color printing process. Green is a superposition of cyan and yellow. However, in actual printing, because the first printed ink (such as cyan) is not dry, the next color (such as yellow) is superimposed on it, so the ink cannot It is completely transferred to the bottom color (bad superposition), so it is difficult to restore a bright green.

In addition, in order to expand the range of color reproduction, on the basis of the four-color printing process, three colors of red, green and blue are added to become seven-color printing.
